What working locally actually changes
On finish-driven work, the distance between drawing and execution is the biggest risk. The more links in between, the more is lost between what was discussed and what eventually hangs there.
We keep that path short: the same joinery measures, makes and installs. Anyone who wants to look at a detail during the work speaks to the people who made it.
In practice that also means one team on site. If you notice something during installation that could be better, it does not have to go through a third party who then has to pass it on to the maker.

Do you also come to Duisburg, Vossem and Moorsel?
Yes. The whole municipality of Tervuren is part of our service area, its villages included. Our workshop is in Huldenberg, a short distance away.
Do you make both classic and contemporary joinery?
Both. We work in solid wood and machine the profiles ourselves, so a classic glazing-bar division is possible and so is a flat, clean door leaf.
Which timber species do you recommend?
That depends on interior or exterior use, on the orientation of the façade and on how much maintenance you want. We go through the options before anything is fixed.
Can you work with our architect?
Yes. On projects with an architect we settle dimensions, details and finish directly with them.
Do you also supply without installation?
We usually install ourselves, because that keeps us responsible for the end result. Do let us know what you have in mind.
How long does a job take from start to installation?
That varies too much from job to job to put a fixed number on it: a single door is a different matter from a house's entire joinery package. We indicate what is realistic at the time in the quotation.
